Although Cavere do not handle claims we provide our underwriter and insurer partners live access to our policy data for the validation and adjudication of claims. Using the latest web service technology a claims handler can retrieve a customers policy record and have the information to hand to ensure every customer is dealt with efficiently and accurately. The web service can also be integrated with other claims handling systems to enable seamless handling of customer enquiries.
