Our aim is to ensure that your customers receive the best possible service from us and this includes making sure that the policyholder receives their renewal information in a clear and timely manner. We also strive to ensure that retention is maximized through the use of timely Management Information for selling agents to contact those customers who choose not to renew their cover.

Insurers can have complete control over any renewal underwriting criteria required from index linking/ premium inflation to claims experience loading and endorsements. All policies are validated 30 days prior to renewal to highlight any policies that require an underwriting decision to be applied prior to the renewal invitation being sent to the policyholder.
